The object - the state of lipid and protein metabolism in semen purebred boars and specialized line SS23 and with the action "Multybakterinu." Purpose - thesis was to determine lipid and protein metabolism in semen purebred boars and synthetic lines of action for SS23 multi-component "Multybakterin." Methods - spectrophotometric, thin layer chromatography, differential centrifugation, studies the physiological characteristics of ejaculates, statistical analysis of the results and the calculation of economic efficiency. Novelty - conducted comprehensive studies of rock features of lipid, protein composition, content of lipid peroxidation products, OMB, and the weight average molecular functioning of antioxidant system in plasma and semen of boars sperm cytoplasm. The influence of multicomponent biologically active drug "Multybakterin" on intensity of free radical oxidation of lipids and proteins semen. Result - It is established that the dominant class of lipids in the boar semen are structural lipids. The numbers of total lipids in cytoplasm of both studied species were higher than their concentration in sperm plasma. The intensity of lipid peroxidation processes in sperm is significantly higher than in the extracellular space. Normally components of antioxidant system are staying in compensatory correlation. Typically the reduction of the concentration or the activity of some antioxidants leads to equal changes of others. The feeding of "Multybakterin" increases the level of total lipids in semen plasma and cytoplasm of boar. It changes the fractional composition of total sperm lipids, in particular, it increases the phospholipids and triacylglycerols, content and it reduces the concentration of free and esterified cholesterol. "Multybakterin" reduces the content of lipid peroxidation products and OMP, activates AOS enzymes and improves sperm quality.
