In the thesis defined the concept of the essence and the mechanism of administrative and legal protection of the rights of man and citizen to peaceful Assembly. Analyzed the Genesis and content of the legal provision of administrative and legal protection of the rights and freedoms of peaceful Assembly in Ukraine, including domestic judicial and administrative practice in the provision or limitation of the rights to peaceful Assembly, which are critically analyzed in terms of their compliance with the European standards and advanced foreign experience and on the basis of which proposals on changes and amendments of some provisions of the Code of Ukraine on administrative offences Code of administrative procedure of Ukraine, including the conclusion about the feasibility of the adoption of the special Law of Ukraine "On peaceful assemblies".
