Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the consideration of urgent problems of theoretical and legal principles combating corruption, administrative and legal mechanisms and administrative responsibility as a means of countering this act. Based on the general legal and regulatory framework the doctrinal and normative-legal definition of corruption, which is provided as the international legal instruments, and in the Ukrainian legislation analyzed; in accordance with its legal basis combating corruption offenses are installed.
