Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the review of the administrative and legal regulation in banking, to the analysis of banking as its object, to the characteristics of the subjects, which are the State National Bank, bank customers and authorities and who are entitled to consider administrative offenses in this area and imposed administrative penalties. The characteristics of administrative and legal liability and its specificity (responsible for the CAO, banking legislation, regulatory legal acts of the NBU, measures that have economic and administrative nature) is presented.
