Levshova Y. Mechanism of restructuring of corporate structure's capacities

In the thesis the solution of an important task of developing the scientific and methodological ideas and practical recommendations on the formation of mechanism of restructuring of corporate structure's capacities is solved. Conceptual provisions of restructuring which, unlike existing, provide taking into account an influence of internal (on the basis of an indicator of interaction between technology chain links) and external (with use of coefficient of balance of supply and demand) factors on activity of corporation are offered. It allowed to concretize volumes and directions of redistribution of corporate structure's investment funds. The basic components of the restructuring of production capacity were determined: the process of forecasting the demand for electricity and energy resources, evaluation of the interaction of production units within the technology chain, model of the optimal structure of production capacities that will satisfy the demand for products and avoid the necessity to maintain excess production assets. New ways were introduced to improve the organizational structure of the corporate structure management by expanding the tasks and responsibilities of the Strategy and Business Development Department.
