The forensic analysis of home-invasion robbery committed by organized group was fulfilled in the manuscript, where the concept of forensic characteristics of the abovementioned crime was represented. Using the materials of general practice, the structural elements of this concept were established and discovered and the correlation relationships between them were revealed. The peculiarities of circumstance in proof, specified by the robbery, committed by the organized group, were defined.
