Essay

In crops rapeseed was identified and described bacterial destruction of culture and identified their agents. Investigated pathogenic, morphological and cultural, physiological and biochemical properties of isolated and collection strains of pathogens of bacterial diseases of rape seeds. It was found that all selected by us isolates are high or middle aggressive towards different varieties of rapeseed. The ethylene synthesize ability and fatty acid composition of cell lipids of collection and isolated from the diseased plants of rape strains of pathogenic bacteria have been investigated. According to the results of chemotaxonomic analysis it has been found that isolated strains are similar to representatives of species P. marginalis, P. fluorescens and X. campestris pv. campestris. ВОХ, ERIC and REP genomic fingerprints of isolated and typical pathogenic for rape bacterial strains genera have been analyzed. The affinity of isolated strains with representatives of P. marginalis pv. marginalis, P. fluorescens and X. campestris pv. campestris species has been determined. The effectivity of rape seed is processing by composition containes of various concentration's of humates, succinic acid, growth regulator's Biolan and sticky-gen carrier EPAA-10 it has been investigated. It has been shown that the most effective strains against bacterial diseases of rape are B. amyloliquefaciens IMB B- 7099 and B. subtilis IMB -B-7243.
