Pynyaga R. Investigation of crimes concerning with gambling.

Dissertation is one of the first studies of complex of the problems of investigation methods of crimes concerning with gambling business in Ukraine. The core of such crimes has been clarified, their classification has been done. Criminalistics characteristic (in particular methods of committing crimes, the content of individual criminal technology, and the connection between the crime scene, the offender and the trace picture) have been developed. The peculiarities of crime detection have been adjudged the list of circumstances to be clarified at the initial stage of the investigation has been established. Selected the typical investigative situations and the corresponding programs of the investigator's actions have been separated out.
