Balon A. Methods of investigation of crimes committed by official appropriating his/her corporate opportunities

The thesis developed theoretical provisions and practical guidelines for investigation of crimes committed by official appropriating his/her corporate opportunities. The author resolved the following tasks: outlined the history and foreign experience of investigation; developed criminalistic characteristics of crimes committed by official appropriating his/her corporate opportunities, featured the said crimes and provided their criminalistic classification, specified the ways of committing crimes and traces features, described typical criminal personality, provided peculiarities of prejudicial inquiry, outlined circumstances to be detected and typical investigative situations at the first stage of investigation.
