Milenin P. State control over the activities of the Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the systematic and detailed analysis of the nature of state control over the activities of the Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine. In this paper are investigating such questions as the essence, values, principles, forms and methods of public control over the activities of the prosecution of Ukraine. Particular attention is drawn to subjects and objects of such control. Special attention is devoted to the existing problems in the system of public oversight of the prosecution, outlined areas of improvement of national administrative law, as well as optimization of the control subjects. An independent study is a foreign experience of legal regulation of public oversight of the prosecution. Proposals for improving the legislation of Ukraine in the study area.
