The thesis is devoted to the efficiency increase of contact surfaces renovation of teeth by using optimized sandwich technology with a substantiated choice of renewable materials and the use of advanced system of clinical evaluation of such restorations. On the basis of research results of intensity loss of light flux of photopolymerizations in renewable materials of light curing, marginal fit of various renewable materials, adhesive force with dentin and to each other, microhardness materials under different conditions of preparation and hardening is provided the laboratory substantiation of optimized sandwich technology for renovation of contact surfaces of teeth using a hybrid glassionomer cement and initiation of its hardening by LED light stream photopolymerization with intensity at least 1400 MW/cm2 "soft start". According to the results of long-term clinical trial the high efficiency of tooth restoration of optimized sandwich technology using nanophotocomposition material and hybrid glassionomer cement is proved. An improved system of evaluation of such updates was offered.
