Pustovit Y. Principles of budget law Ukraine in terms of European integration

The thesis is dedicated to: analysis of the legal nature of budgetary principles of Ukraine and the European Union; developing a holistic and comprehensive scientific understanding of the mechanism of action and the principles of budget law of Ukraine and the European Union. Historical principles of forming and legal fixing of budgetary principles of Ukraine and European Union are described. It is formulated author determination of concepts: "principles of financial right", "principles of budgetary right", "principles of budgetary right for European Union". Classification of principles of budgetary right for Ukraine is developed. It is investigated correlation of principles of financial and budgetary right for Ukraine. It is analyzed basic principles of forming of the unique budget of European Union and principles of budgetary right for European Union.
