The dissertation work is dedicated to the optimization of diagnostic and treatment of irritatible bowel syndrome (IBS) and the condition of intestinal microflora of the 102 patients with different types of this disease .Also the archieve results of microbiological tests of intestinal biocenosis of 396 patients with IBS made during the last ten years, were analysed.
