Essay

The dissertation is devoted to improving the treatment of patients with cirrhosis of the liver, by studying the pathogenic contribution to the progress of cirrhosis of the liver intestinal dysbiosis and use in treatment of probiotic and enterosorbent. Is substantiated the necessity of inclusion to the combined therapy of patients with liver cirrhosis the medication of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium and Methylsiliconic acid hydrogel for the regression of clinical manifestations of the disease, improvement of the functional condition of a liver and intestinal microbiocenosis, reduction of endogenous intoxication and hepatic encephalopathy.
