Thesis is devoted to increase the quality and accuracy of diagnostics of the thermal state of stator turbogenerator by creation and innovation of information technology which is based on the developed technique of on-line forecasting of the damaged knots temperature growing and model for calculation of kinetics of turbogenerator's stator winding bar thermal defect development, that allows to find out thermal defects on the beginning stage on a timely basis, to forecast their development, estimate the risk level and accept the grounded decisions in relation to subsequent work of turbogenerator.
