Shynder V. Sexual disadaptation of a married couple in case when a husband suffers from epilepsy and its correction regarding the individual chronotype

The dissertation is devoted to the study of sexual disadaptation couple epilepsy in man. Systematization and generalization of the causes of sexual maladjustment in this husband's pathology are conducted on the basis of systemic & structural analysis by V. Kryshtal'. Main (core), potency and pathoplastic factors in the pathogenesis of sexual maladjustment of couples with epilepsy in husband are selected, criteria for their differential diagnosis are developed. 138 couples with epilepsy in men were examined. 113 couples, all of whom had disorders of sexual health were included in the clinical groups. The control group consisted of 25 couples without violations of sexual health. Mental, sexual, physical, clinical & psychological and biorhythmic status of the spouses in case of epilepsy in men was analyzed; the phenomenology of disorders of the sexual sphere was set. For the first time, typology of violations of sexual health in epilepsy in men was is systematized on the basis of generalization of results of clinical, anamnestic, clinical & psychopathological, sexological, pathopsychological, biorhytmological, catamnestic and statistical research. The system of gradual correction of violations of the sexual health of the couple with epilepsy in men was scientifically proved on the basis of generalization of the obtained data.
