Protsan Y. Administrative and legal protection of fish resources of Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to the study of organizational and legal basis of the Administrative-legal protection of fish resources of Ukraine. In the work of the theoretic - legal aspects of activity of state authorities in the sphere of protection of fish resources, analyzes the international legal acts and acts of national legislation on this issue, the article reveals the importance and place of the bodies of the fish in the conditions of Ukrainian statehood. In the thesis summarizes the best practice for the agencies of the fisheries and their characteristics in terms of the European integration. Main directions of improving the legal regulation of fisheries bodies of Ukraine.
