Kiyan O. Administrative-legal regulation of external economic activity.

The theoretical generalization and new solution of scientific problem concerning administrative-legal regulation of external economic activity is presented in the thesis. The contents of public administration's actions, the administrative-legal status of public administration subjects, the mechanism of administrative-legal regulation of external economic activity is disclosed. The analysis makes it possible to make a conclusion that experience of the European Union in the field of administrative and legal regulation of external economic activity refers to the need to strengthen Ukraine's integration into European foreign economic trade structures through the unified structure of the European Union and direct trade contacts with the EU Member States within a unified common commercial policy towards the third countries with the elements of the specifics of external activity. This is due to the fact that the legal regulation of the EU in the external economic activity does not change the legal norms of EU Member States, but only distributes powers between the EU and EU Member States. The thesis scientifically proves that strategic direction of public administration in the field of administrative-legal regulation of external economic activity is to promote the imports of high technologies, modern methods of production and facilitating the export of high-quality domestic products.
