Object: Process of gas consumption for a long time intervals of observation. Aim: To develop information technology monitoring gas consumption of the city in order to improve analysis and forecasting of costs of gas per year range surveillance by improving gas consumption patterns of the city, study new methods of data measurements based on them, creating complex algorithms, development of data storage and software. Practical value: The information technology analysis and forecast gas consumption, thereby increasing the efficiency of control services of the city. Methods: stochastic processes, regression forecasting methods, UML diagram technique, theory of algorithms and programming.
