Essay

Two questions are considered in the thesis: relativistic effects in the neoclassical transport theory, and influence of relativism of electrons on effectivity of collisional energy exchange between electrons and ions. Following conclusions were drawn: 1) relativistic transport equations for particles and energy and relativistic formulas for radial fluxes and transport coefficients are obtained in the way, which allows to use already existing non-relativistic transport codes; 2) it is shown that relativism of electrons strongly increases the effectivity of collisional energy exchange with ions.
