The dissertation deals with comprehensive research of problems of the contractual regulation of wages. The notions "remuneration for labour", "wages" and "salary" are characterized and the correlation of these notions is offered. It is highlighted that the legal regulation of the organization and realization of employee's remuneration is provided through the combination of normative and contractual regulation.
