Essay

The dissertation is devoted to complex analysis of the system of sources of social security law of Ukraine. The notion, features and elements of the system are found out. Significant attention is paid to the characteristic of normative-legal acts of state bodies and local self-management bodies as sources of social security law. Normative authorities of social insurance funds in the sphere of social security are investigated. Peculiarities of acts of social insurance funds are determined. It is found out that these acts are corporate by legal nature.
