The dissertation are devoted to the development and substantiation of theoretical and scientific principles and recommendations for improvements of the economic mechanism of innovation activity of airlines. In thesis carried out and the implementation of improved economic mechanism of innovation activity of airlines, combines innovation, financial and marketing functional strategies of air carriers and the system takes into account the relationships between main subjects of innovation activity and the aviation industry, provides airlines the opportunity to identify existing innovation strategy of airlines and timely hold actions to its changing to a more dynamic, that will raise competitiveness and innovation potential.
