Kalchenko S. Adaptation of administrative procedural legislation of Ukraine governing adjudication of electoral disputes to European standards

The thesis is dedicated to research of legal nature of adjudication of electoral disputes by administrative courts and election commissions. It's has been established that the main goal, targets of adjudication of disputes by election commissions correspond to all attributes of administrative process. Thus, non-judicial proceeding of resolution of electoral disputes is a part of administrative process conducted by election commissions in order to secure mandatory and complete fulfillment of requirements of legislation by all elections' stakeholders. The following elements constitute the system of principles of proceeding in electoral disputes, namely: general principles of administrative process, specific principles of administrative and jurisdictional process.
