The thesis provides the research of the temporary admission procedure. The characteristics of the main stages and the peculiarities of formation of the temporary admission procedure in the legislation are given. The review of the main scientific conceptions of customs procedures is made. The peculiarities of application of the discretionary principle to the legal regulation of customs procedures are determined. Besides, the thesis gives the proofs for the understanding the customs procedures as the typical behavior models. Its structure, that is presented simultaneously by the aggregate of rules for using of goods and by the sequence of application of customs formalities towards the moving of goods across customs frontiers, is also characterized.
