The thesis is devoted to the development of scientific- methodical support of controlling in the company, which purpose is to identify, assess, analyze and counteract of perilous anticipated threats of internal and external environments during the implementation of plans of the enterprise using timely corrective measures. The theoretical base of the thesis is the conceptual ideas of research papers devoted to improving management systems based on controlling.
