Bezuglyi A. Organizational and economic mechanisms to ensure the efficiency of the financial resources allocation in the road sector

The dissertation is devoted to the complex issues related to the organization of the financing and management of the enterprises of Ukraine road. Developed new mechanisms for allocating financial resources for the development of public roads and allocation of financial resources for the current minor repairs and operational maintenance; are proposals to improve the procedures for the allocation of financial resources for the development and maintenance of public roads of state and local values by type of work; proposed a new organizational and functional system of road management, which includes the optimal distribution of functional powers between central authorities and local authorities, and the creation of the Public Council on road sector financing for the management of the financial resources of the State Road Fund; proposed a mechanism for the allocation of financial resources between the state road and regional road funds of Ukraine.
