Essay

Dissertation is devoted to improve the application of organic fertilizers through implementation of new technical solutions to improve spreaders to ensure the even distribution of fertilizers. To make solid organic fertilizer in small doses in the fields of Ukraine used car body. Gaps in their design results in high non-uniformity of application of fertilizers, which adversely affects the yield, so there is a need to develop technical solutions aimed at improving the quality fertilizer. The thesis analyzed the research designs and working of machines for making solid organic fertilizers. Theoretical study of interaction of organic fertilizers from working bodies investigated flight fertilizer particles in the air and their distribution across the field. Based on theoretical and experimental studies were established fertilizer distribution patterns of changes in the width of the distribution and uneven application of fertilizers spreader parameters of rotor-blade distribution body mounted module. Estimated economic impact of the mounted module for serial spreaders is 36816 UAN, and economic impact of quality fertilizer application per 1 ha of barley - 702 UAH., winter wheat - 880 UAH., ardent wheat - 570 UAH.
