Dissertation for degree of candidate of technical sciences, specialty 05.05.11 - machines and means of mechanization of agricultural production. - Scientific Council of National Scientific Center "Institute for Agricultural Engineering and Electrification". - Glevakha, 2015. In this dissertation is decided the scientific task to improve the efficiency of process of felting (condense) of rough wool in the felt layer. In the work grounded the constructive-technological scheme of compact plate-fulling ma-chine with two-plates working organ, which plats, ripply top mobile with vibroengine and lower immobile with a pallet, in combination and pair cooperation provide the intensive shock-mechanical vibrocompression of the moistened layer of rough wool with the managed frequency of shots. Theoretically and experimentally determined the impact of major structural and technolog-ical parameters of compact plate-fulling machine and physico-mechanical and technological properties of processing wool on quality and energy performance of the working process. Produc-tion tests of compact plate-fulling machine carried out and techno-economic assessment of the effectiveness of its use in the technological module of the primary processing of wool is completed.
