The object of research - multicomponent dry mix (MDM) for plastering; goal - is to get energy and resource efficiency of composite cements and concretes on their basis by the use of man-made waste and the use of mechanical activation; methods - physical and mechanical properties of the cement paste, cement stone and concrete were determined in accordance with the regulations on equipment attorney. I analyzed the process poshkodzhennosti cement stone. Experimental studies were conducted on the optimal mathematically. We generate and analyze nonlinear experimental statistical models. To investigate the role of mechanical activation was used special design of high-speed mixer; results - The effect of the composition of the activated composite binder on the properties of materials and structural indicators on the basis thereof; the efficiency of mechanical activation for the improvement of quality indicators of concrete on composite cements; the effect of the additive-3, silica fume and ground slag on the basic physical and mechanical properties of concrete; the effect of heat treatment on the properties of the wet concrete on activated composite binders; introduced - with the release of paving slabs.
