Essay

The object of research -The object of research - activated binder, foam non-autoclave curing and its structure; goal - improving the efficiency of the production of foam due to the directional pattern formation and utilization of domestic resources, self-organizing systems; methods - physical and mechanical characteristics of the original raw materials, and foam was determined by standard methods; Experimental studies were carried out using both conventional and specially developed methods and techniques; water demand of the mix determines the diameter of face breaking solution for viscometer Suttarda; in processing the results of experiments using computer graphics system settlement and Microsoft Excel, Compex; results - the expediency of "external" and "internal" and an integrated activation and mortar dry mix component, which provided non-autoclave curing foam with improved physical and mechanical properties, and lower material intensity in production; proposed compositions, methods and modes of activation, which allow to get foam concrete with indicators satisfying regulatory requirements; technological schemes with different types of activation and mortar dry mix component and the present feasibility study for the production of non-autoclaved aerated concrete; introduced - the results of studies implemented in the company of "BAUTEH-Ukraine."
