Essay

The thesis is devoted to theoretical problems of determining the administrative and legal framework of environmental law. The paper discusses issues of environmental law content, its forms and methods of software. Through analysis of the national legislation the directions of the state policy in the study area and study international experience in order to clarify the possibility of its use in Ukraine. The main areas of work is to study the competence of the executive authorities and their tasks in the field of environmental law.
