Essay

The paper provides theoretical and experimental synthesis of the important scientific problem. It is the investigation of age-related changes in T-cells and cells, which form their niche, made on heterochronic parabiosis as an experimental model and development of experimental approach for correction of age-related changes in the T-cells' functional state. During experiments there were shown changes in T-cells and in cells, which form their splenic niche. There were observed decrease in phagocytic properties of splenic macrophages and in capability of autologous splenic macrophages to influence on proliferation of T-cells. Changes in molecular mechanisms of T-cells' activation in vitro were identified. Also there was shown possibility of T-cells' in vitro mitogen-induced proliferative response and their molecular mechanisms of activation correction during costimulation with splenic macrophages of singenic young intact animals.
