In the thesis on base of theoretical achievements in the field of administrative law and process, justice and the judiciary, and other branches of international law, existing international principles, laws of Germany, France, Great Britain, Sweden, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Croatia, Spain, Portugal, Lithuania, Latvia, China, Argentina, Georgia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania, Macedonia, Netherlands, Belgium, Albania, the United States, Canada and the laws of Ukraine, studying practice of theirs implementation, we made a comprehensive analysis of the problems of national regulation of staffing courts of general jurisdiction, formulated theoretical principles and practical recommendations which are directed to development of the theory of administrative law and improvement of national legislation and efficiency of staffing during providing of courts with the necessary number of professional staff.
