Vladimir V. Administrative Liability for Infringement of Fishery and Fish Stocks Protection Rules in Ukraine.

The thesis is devoted to the determination of the nature and peculiarities of administrative liability for violation of fisheries and fish stocks protection in Ukraine and ways of development and improvement its legal principles. The concepts of "administrative and legal protection of fish stocks", "administrative liability for violation of fisheries and fish stocks protection", "components of administrative violation in the field of fisheries and fish stocks protection" are defined. The reasons and content of administrative liability for violation of fisheries and fish stocks protection in Ukraine are outlined. We characterized the proceedings in cases of violation of fisheries and fish stocks protection. The ways of improvement the content and procedures of administrative liability for violation of fisheries and fish stocks protection in Ukraine are fixed.
