Rudkivskyi O. The Formation of Logistic Strategy of Enterprises of Milk Processing Branch

The thesis is devoted to research of theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation the logistic strategy and development of theoretical and practical recommendations on the formation of logistic strategy of milk-processing enterprises' activity. The condition, tendencies and challenges of milk processing enterprises are defined. The assessment of the effectiveness of the sampled enterprises, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of their logistics systems is implemented. Methodical approach to formation of logistic strategy of the milk processing enterprises on the basis of risk assessment and identification of key success factors of logistic activities is proposed. The matrix of a choice of enterprise's logistic strategy "key success factors - the level of logistic risk" is developed. The system of target reference points of logistics strategy of the studied enterprises and indicators of an assessment of its formation and realization is developed. The assessment of efficiency of the offered logistic strategy is carried out.
