Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the reactions of polyfluoroalkanethiocarboxylic acid amides with phosphorus nucleophiles. It was found that the reaction gives possibility to annelate thiazolinium, oxazolinium, thiazinium or thiaselenazinium heterocycles in dependence on substrate structure and nature of electrophile. Investigation of biological activity of synthesized derivatives of pyrazolopyrimidine was carried out.
