Essay

The thesis is devoted to patterns of arylsulfanilation of amides of alkenylcarboxylic acids and an effective synthetic methodology of construction sulfo-functionalized N- and O-containing heterocyclic compounds. Systematically examined the reaction of arylsulfenilation of amides styryl acetic, allyl acetic, 2-cyclohexene-1-acetic, cynnamyl acetic and 5 hexenoic acids, found a relationship between the structure of the functional groups of the substrate, and the nature of arylsulfenyl chlorides ratio and additive products heterocyclization accessions.
