Thesis focuses on employer branding as an instrument of improving the efficiency of use of personnel in dairy industry. The thesis analyzes and studies the theoretical and methodological foundations employer brand concept, namely the evolution of the formation of the concept, the essence of employer brand, the role and place of employer brand in the structure of the corporate brand, typology, functions and principles of employer brand, instruments of formation and positioning , and also studied models of building employer brand. Author analyzes the level of development of employer brand among domestic enterprises on the basis of employer brand ratings. Author investigates and analyzes the employer brand by its elements among the dairy enterprises. The conceptual model of employer brand building and brand evaluation method based on the employer's contact points were proposed. Author proposed the directions of improving efficiency of usage of personnel in dairy industry from the position creating an attractive employer brand.
