Essay

Violin sonatas of 1810-1820 s are considered in the context of processes peculiar for music art of this period which is usually defined as early romanticism. On the basis of scholar conceptions about the dynamics of cultural-historical process the paper determines the transitional state of music art in these decades which stipulated multitude of directions in which violin sonata evolved.
