The object of study - the process of three-dimensional reconstruction of defects; subject of research - mathematical models and methods for eliminating artifacts in information technology three-dimensional reconstruction of defects on the stereo and the model of the reflected light; The aim - to develop methods to reduce the influence of artifacts in three-dimensional reconstruction process metallographic defects stereo and light reflection model; scientific innovation: the first time a method for 3D surface reconstruction of the defect in his triad images based on lambertivskiy light reflection model, which differs from the known fact that the depth of defect accumulation assessed by a combined reconstructed normal vectors derived defect, from one point of the surface, which consider supporting that makes it possible to improve the accuracy of reconstruction; first proposed a comprehensive information technology three-dimensional reconstruction of the defect created on the basis of three-dimensional reconstruction of the stereo image that is used outside areas obstructed points, and three-dimensional reconstruction based on the model of light reflection, which is used in areas obstructed pixels, which makes it possible to increase the overall quality of the results of reconstruction; improved method for 3D surface reconstruction based on the Phong model that reflected light using dual angle lighting defect fixes process of 3D reconstruction mirror component; further developed a method of 3D reconstruction of 2D cracks for images by taking into account deviations estimates and diffuse background ratio, thus improving the quality of reconstruction.
