Essay

Dissertation is devoted to improving the efficiency of biodiesel production by hydro jet mixing vegetable oil and potassium methylate. This paper substantiates the design parameters of the reactor for biodiesel production. Theoretically and experimentally the influence of key design, operational parameters of hydro mechanical mixer, quality and specific energy consumption esterification process. According to experimental results dependencies quality and energy performance of the process esterification of vegetable oils from controlled parameters: rotational speed of the pump, the diameter of the nozzles, the angle of inclination of the blades, mixing time and temperature process. Grounded rational parameters of hydro mechanical mixing providing quality stirring the mixture in the whole volume, the normalized yield quality of the biodiesel. The developed equipment for the production of biodiesel would reduce energy costs for mixing and simplify equipment design while ensuring quality indicators biodiesel.
