In the paper is formulated and solved an actual scientific tasks: to develop the models and methods for the monitoring of the events and query processing in distributed databases, that are based on the improved methods of the data recording and retrieval. The main result of the thesis is the reduction of the query processing time event in the monitoring mechanisms in heterogeneous distributed databases based on the special approach to the database index processing.
