Kubareva I. The Mechanism of Providing of Enterprise's Investment Attractiveness (by the materials of the pharmaceutical enterprises of Ukraine)

The dissertation is devoted to working out the theoretical, methodical and applied aspects of constructing and functioning of the mechanism of providing of enterprise's investment attractiveness (MPEIA). The analysis and ordering of conceptual and categorical apparatus of studied subject area were conducted, the essence of enterprise's investment attractiveness (EIA) was formulated. The position and role of EIA in the investment process, the architecture of the investment process and its instrumental support were justified. The periodization of the life cycle of the recipient enterprise in the frames of investment interests and goals of attracting investment was conducted. The theoretical and methodical basis of construction of MPEIA was defined, its goal, objectives and components (sub-mechanisms), their agents, processes and tools were grounded. The trends of the global and domestic pharmaceutical markets were identified, diagnosis and positioning of pharmaceutical companies of Ukraine in the context of their investment attractiveness were conducted, factors of EIA providing were revealed and analyzed. The methodical basis of assessment of EIA were justified and approbation of the group of pharmaceutical companies was conducted, the recommendations for EIA improvement were elaborated. Ways of organizational support of MPEIA were formed.
