In the dissertation the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the system of crisis management of tourism enterprises forming were explored, technology improvement and future development were proposed. There were estematized the theoretical and the epistemological foundations of the essence of crisis in management of an enterprises, generalized approach to the definition of "crisis" and "crisis management". There were profounded the theoretical foundations of crisis management of enterprises. It was characterized the regulatory support of management process of tourist enterprises in Ukraine.
