Essay

Thesis devoted to the development of thermal analysis technique of concrete column-slab joint using finite element method with a glance of national regulations demands harmonized with Eurocodes. The method of fire resistance design of monolithic frame buildings with increased number of storeys was developed. This method is based on an analysis of the entire structural system of the building. A significant influence of the location of fire sources in terms of building plan, which has resulted in varying degrees of fire resistance of its parts, was revealed. Fire resistance of parts of the building also changes with height of the building. For the first time developed and manufactured the original setup for testing concrete slabs on punching shear upon heating. Experimental studies have identified a number of new features of reinforced concrete structures work on punching shear.
