Essay

The thesis developed a modern scientific tools applied early warning of threats of bankruptcy for businesses and organizations contract construction, taking into account the specificity of the micro-construction projects, the interdependence of the economic interests of the leading participants in their implementation, the dynamic value chain project. Said tool that implements a new approach in predicting the probability of bankruptcy for the participating organizations of the construction project, including the implementation of the following stages: - pre-localization of the threat of bankruptcy; - process-design localization of the threat of bankruptcy in the investment and construction; - difficult to predict the impact of accounting internal and external environmental factors the construction project. Software modules created complex applications successfully coordinate the growth dynamics of the construction cost of the project - from construction in progress to the subject of profitable operation - with the level of threat of bankruptcy for the customer (and co-investors), thus allowing the early and successful adoption of the necessary economic, organizational, structural and functional activities to avert bankruptcy.
