Essay

The thesis presented new theoretical and experimental results proved that collectively solve scientific tasks was to determine the dynamics of changes in physiological parameters and morpho-functional state of the liver, stomach, duodenum of rats I, II, III generations and first generations of rabbits were fed feed containing with 20 % GM and conventional soybeans. As a result of long-term feeding of GM soybeans, found the most likely differences in performance between the experimental group in the first generation rats manifested dysbiosis, the development of granular degeneration of the liver, increased activity of ALT and ALP in serum. In the second and third generations as a result of adaptation - compensatory processes mentioned balancing the studied parameters and restoration of the structure of the liver, however, ultrastructural study of rat liver Generation III confirmed the energy load on the cells due to the long-term impact low toxicity. In the liver of rabbits, and generation, as well as in rats and generation, just a violation of radial structure and development of protein malnutrition in hepatocytes on either side, which confirms hepatotoxic impact of GM soy on animals.
