Тhe Objects of investigations are processes of adhesive contact the polymeric coatings based on phenylone with metal surfase, and process of friction of this coatings. The basic aim of dissertation work is development of the Technology of producing composite coatings based on fenilone with high level of tribotechnical, physical and mechanical properties. Complex analysis of the influence of technological factors on the adhesive strength of phenylone coating and composite coatings based on it was conducted. The adhesive properties of phenylone coatings to substrates of ferrous and non-ferrous metal materials which are the most common in mechanical engineering were investigated experimentally. Heightened adhesive strength of phenylone coating to copper substrate was discovered. It was established that the adhesive properties of phenylone coatings depend on the content of a ferrite component in the structure of carbon steel substrates.
