Theoretical and practical aspects are determined, and practical recommendations are provided for improving organizational-and-economic mechanism of improving the technical support efficiency of agricultural enterprises. The economic essence and main components and specific interaction of individual elements of organizational-and-economic mechanism of technical support agricultural enterprises and the global experience of regulation have been defined. The current state of Kharkiv region agricultural enterprises , presence of technology and energy capacity and the current level of efficiency are analized. Technical provision influence on efficiency, intensification, productivity, crop development indicators has been defined. Increasing the technical provision efficiency improving organizational-and-economic mechanism is determined by optimizing the composition of the machinery park and by public support for the use of leasing and secondary market equipment development. Recommendations are given on informational and promotional technical re-equipment of agricultural enterprises.
